Paula Deen’s sweet potato casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, pecans, and butter to make the topping.

Sprinkle topping over sweet potato mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and add marshmallows to the top of the casserole.
