Turkey Meatloaf Recipe in Garten

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add in grated carrot and zucchini, and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth out the top.

In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

Spread the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
